Diet In our busy schedule the most preference should be given to our health with our daily work. Their is famous proverb "Arogyam dhansampada",this tells our health is real wealth.  To maintain our physic and health we must follow a best diet plan. A healthy diet may improve or maintain  optimal health. In nutrition, diet is sum of food consumed by person or organism. The word diet implies the use of specific intake of nutrition for good health. Basic nutrition begins with a diet based on the major food groups that includes vegetables, whole grains,low fat dairy products. It should also contain lean protein such as beans, legumes,nuts and seeds plus healthy fat.

Health is very important in today's world because people are so busy in their work or any job to earn money they forget about their physic so many of them faces too much problems realted health. People should do their work , projects, different jobs but with this they should remain physical and mentally fit and do regular exercise . We can earn money any time but if we loose our health we cannot earn it again so our health is real wealth.
